Her Alchemy was created as a space for women who are ready to reconnect with themselves and experience meaningful inner transformation. I chose the name Her Alchemy because alchemy represents change at its deepest level. This work is not about becoming someone new. It is about turning what feels heavy, stuck, or overwhelming into clarity, confidence, and purpose.
I work with women who feel lost in the everyday. Women who are burned out, overextended, or quietly craving something more. This space is also for women who simply want to feel more alive. Whether you are a mom, an entrepreneur, a professional, or somewhere in between, you do not need a label to begin. You only need the willingness to show up for yourself.
Through Jung-inspired life coaching, inner work tools, and grounded guidance, I help you recognize the stories and patterns that no longer serve you, reclaim your energy, and step fully into your next chapter. My approach is feminine yet direct, supportive yet transformative, and deep while remaining practical enough to apply in everyday life.

For years, I lived on autopilot, juggling roles as a mom, a partner, a professional, and a friend, while constantly putting everyone else’s needs before my own. I was tired, burned out, and deeply disconnected from the woman I truly was.
Life coaching changed everything for me. It helped me uncover the unconscious patterns that were quietly running my life, integrate parts of myself I had ignored, and step into a life that felt alive, aligned, and fully mine. That personal transformation became the foundation of my work and the reason I now guide other women through their own inner shifts.
I help women become leaders and change-makers, empowering them to reconnect with their inner passion, strength, and wisdom through the transformative tools of my coaching.
